The hotel staff were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. They were always ready to cater to our needs. The room was impressively clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The hotel's location was perfect, with a metro station just 1 minute away, making it convenient to reach the city center in just 4-5 minutes. Having a supermarket next to the hotel was convenient for getting water and snacks on the go.

Felt so relaxed, knowing that anything we needed was taken care of.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are nicely decorated in pastel tones and the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a charming atmosphere and there is a terrace at the back where you can enjoy your meal.

The soap bottle in the shower did not function, which was inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and accommodating. They made sure our room was very clean, with the bed made every day. The breakfast was fresh and very good, with plenty of choice. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station, which made it very easy for us to explore the city. We were able to reach the city center within minutes, thanks to the metro line that goes there. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.

I also enjoyed the delicious food at the Up to Tapas restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel made me feel welcome and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the basic amenities provided to the rooms with balconies facing the bustling Almirante Reis road. Plus, being on the 5th floor offers fantastic views.
